The vision for Goodworks is to be a values-based company specifically serving the community and working with partners from business, commerce and the public sector who participate in values-driven activity .
Goodworks’ mission is to enhance the feel-good factor Kiwi’s have in helping others. As well as a dedicated employment listings service to this vibrant sector, Goodworks provides a platform for advocacy and the promotion of services. That is why we offer free advertising space each month for organisations who wish to advocate or promote a good cause.

Robyn Laidlaw
Robyn has worked for many years in the finance and investment sector she specialises in client services and business development.
Adam was Chair of Amnesty International Aotearoa NZ Section and served on the Auckland Zoo Enterprise Board. Adam has been involved with not-for-profits for over 25 years, including 15 years professional experience with UK and NZ social and environmental justice organisations . He has several years senior management experience and was Chief Executive of CCF NZ from 2001-2004. Adam provides a leadership consultancy to not-for-profits in transition.
